I use Gestalt Therapy as a humanistic and experiential tool to work with the experience of the present moment, here and now.
With the aim that the person can expand their awareness of themselves and consequently achieve more responsibility and freedom in their attitude towards life and their way of living it.
The Gestalt current invites us to heal and live life fully, both individually and relationally. Recognizing and accepting who we really are, beyond limiting beliefs and acquired habits, about what we should be and do in life.
Family Constellations in individual therapy allow you to explore family dynamics, identify unconscious patterns and work on conflict resolution. Through symbolic representations, the client can visualize family relationships and influences, facilitating understanding and transformation of limiting dynamics. This approach offers a unique perspective to address personal and emotional issues, promoting personal growth and reconciliation with the family tree.

Why do therapy?
When we reach a point in our life, due to whatever circumstances, where we can feel diminished, stressed, overwhelmed or anguished and it is difficult for us to get out of a negative mental and emotional dynamic, therapy can help us reconnect with our hidden resources to experience that same situation in a less toxic way. The therapist accompanies us in a process of emotional and intellectual expression to broaden our field of consciousness and understand what is happening to us. If we allow ourselves to live and consciously go through what caused us tension, it will be easier for us to be able to live ourselves from a more centered place, and connect, again, with strength, empathy and understanding.
Pending Issues
When a memory from the past often appears in our head with a certain emotional charge, it indicates that it was not fully lived and thus becomes a "Pending Issue".
Probably, at that moment, we did not have sufficient resources to face the emotional intensity linked to the experience, and as a defense mechanism we had to try to escape, distract ourselves or inhibit that emotional wave.
It is at that moment, the experience not lived at all is kept in the memory with the same emotional charge as when we stopped it, and it will remain inside us, conditioning our response in the present in the face of similar situations.
Allowing yourself to relive pending issues in a safe environment such as therapy can help cleanse our present decisions of conditioning, responding to life's difficulties with a broader range and all our free potential.
